They are 2, 30 foot 3 8 or 1 2 inch lines, with brass or nickel (silver) snap on the end (brass only on 1 2 inch lines), and the weighted handle on the opposite end. The 3 8 inch is the best to use, but some people do prefer the inch. They are built the same way as the lunge line, so some people do get dual use from them.
