Antonutti Poppone 750ml 2021 Paardeberg spices and vanillaPoppone is a red wine obtained from a blend of Merlot passito and Pignolo grapes whose vineyards are cultivated with the Guyot training system on predominantly calcareous and dolomitic soil. The Merlot harvest is carried out after the grapes have dried, these will then join those of the pignolo, a rare historic autochthonous Friulian vine whose name derives from the shape of the bunch that resembles a pine cone. In the cellar the vinification involves
