Southeastern Corner Type:Acrylic Photographed 2020The southeastern corner of the Peters Creameries Pty Ltd Factory at Chatham, photographed in 2016. Light cuts through broken windows across peeling paint and abandoned machinery left in place after the plant closed in the late 1990s. Built in 1939 as a steam driven dairy processing facility on Railway Parade, the factory once ran capacity for 1,000 gallons of milk per hour. Part of the Peters' Ice Cream Factory series.
