ORNAMENTAL FRIEZE BY ALEXANDER GRIFFIN OTTOMAN Lulu recently collaborated with thePlaster cast of a fine and large scale ornamental frieze, which originally formed the central part of a larger Eighteenth century architectural over door. The principal elements in bas relief comprising an urn with flowers, flanked by symmetrical arabesques, with a single run of delicate beading both above and below, framing the entire ensemble, and with a geometrically sharp, clean rectangular border forming the outer surround.
