Immediately citrus dominated with lemon jelly and lemon bonbons. Then custard creams, cornflakes dusted with icing sugar, pineapple cubes, ointment, unsalted pistachios, hazelnut praline, glace cherries, fruit loops and lucky charms. Reduction brings out a blast of petrol, gorse and flints. Then lime oils, ink wells, pebbles, copper coins, wool and chalk. Some
