Georgian, George III, Old Sheffield Plate tray, circa 1790 - 1800, displaying the Marital Arms of Josiah Wedgwood II. Jade Model DBH62Georgian, George III, Old Sheffield Plate serving tray with armorial. Circa 1790 1810. Of oval form with a raised and reeded border, along with twin reeded handles. The underside of the tray is wooden and covered in green baize. Features rolled over silver edges. The armorial relates to the marital arms of Josiah Wedgwood II, the son of Josiah Wedgwood (founder of Wedgwood Pottery) and Elizabeth Allen, who were married in 1792. Josiah Wedgwood II took
