LEFT HAND GLOVE BOX 1953-62 MKIV 1970-73 The bulkhead piece will needYou will note from the photograph that on the outer side of this box there is a "recessed" area. The reason that this recess or cut out area is there, is because on the Series Two models the wiper motor was situated inside the dash area and interefered with the glove box if not modified in this way. Amazingly, this design was not altered until 1962 even though the wiper motor position was altered many years previously.
