We're hiring for the following roles: , - Build and manage the Marketing PMO from the ground up, leading special projects tied to every stage of the marketing lifecycle - Design and launch structured marketing experimentation programs with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and decision points - Lead adoption of AI tools and workflows that elevate the marketing team's speed and impact , - Own product marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution across Empower's full portfolio - Design pricing frameworks across DTC, telehealth, and prescriber/provider channels - Recruit and lead a high-performance marketing team with pharmaceutical expertise and AI-native skills , - Own organic discoverability across Google, AI answer engines, and social search, driving qualified traffic within full regulatory compliance - Architect paid media strategy across search, social, and programmatic, with full ROI accountability - Design and refine a multi-touch attribution model connecting spend directly to revenue , - Design, build, and continuously refine attribution and incrementality models as hands-on technical work - Develop and deploy AI and machine learning systems, including propensity models and automated media optimization - Architect the algorithmic pipelines and data infrastructure that operationalize marketing data at scale - Own the day-to-day publishing schedule and brand voice across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and Threads - Manage daily community interactions and build trust with HCP, patient, and caregiver audiences - Write clear, compliant social copy and route content through Medical Affairs and Legal approval workflows If you're ready to build something meaningful and help redefine medication accessibility, we would love to hear from you
