Cordeuil Clair Obscur Brut Nature Champagne NV (750 ml) Carignano del Sulcis accented by spice and earthFresh and fruity, yellow apples, warm citrus, carambola, wine gum. Ostentatious, intense, and very attractive. A fantastic smell in full harmony with lots of minerality and unrestrained optimism. Medium to full bodied, generous texture but, of course, dry as bone. Crazy delicious and surprisingly generous for a 2013. Straight forward in a refined way, with excellent texture.
