There are two tiny nicks in the fabric of the shoulder where the fabric has thinned a touch

- it is so unexpected and really makes the design pop

It looks very odd off the body as the top portion is an immense double panel of silk chiffon  caught up with little stitches spaced across the shoulder that both allow a glimpse of skin and cause it to drape down and over the top portion of the skirt beautifully

I love the almost little girl shape tot he piece with its high bust and smock skirt
