Organic Grenache Roussanne Le Bourdon Blanc 2022 Size:1 Bottle 75cl It was open topped fermented7. 95 per bottle ABV 11. 5% Tasting Notes This Cuvee is composed of Grenache Blanc, blended with Roussanne which come from two different vineyards, the first on the hillside and the other on the plains near Corbieres. The grapes are harvested at night for freshness. Grapes are destemmed and then see a pre fermentation maceration for texture and fermented at a lower temperature which develops the pure fruit character. The wine has fresh aromas of white
