British WWI West Yorkshire Regiment Officer’s 1916 Pattern Tunic constructed in pigskinAn excellent and complete example of a 1916 pattern officers tunic belonging to a Captain of the 1st 5th Battalion, West Yorkshire Regiment. This finely preserved piece displays all the hallmarks of wartime service while remaining in exceptional condition. The tunic features a matching set of bronze shoulder titles and three bronze officer rank stars affixed to the shoulder boards, each also bearing a green wool T denoting Territorial Force status.
