Umami Mart Co Founder, Yokos pride and joy (her bee hives) produced this golden honey. Depending on the season, her bees feed on buckwheat, rosemary, plum blossoms, ceanothus, ivy, black berry blossoms, or eucalyptus the quintessential East Bay garden diet. Since Yoko's apiary moved to Berkeley in 2023, the honey has exhibited flavors of brown sugar, plum, mint,
