Groceries Countries and Regions_Africa Through Project Concern's Immunization CampaignProblem Many of the clients of Services for Brain Injury are trying to become self sufficient. A part of being independent is being able to plan a menu and cook a meal. The Gift The Independent Living Skills group and the Adult Day Program each cook lunch for themselves once a week. They actually create a menu, go to the grocery store (or go on line) and purchase their groceries. The next day they prepare a meal that they share.
